  • Advance Notice: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit date to qualify for a refund.

4. No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations

If you fail to show up for your scheduled visit or cancel on the day of the visit, no refunds will be provided. Please ensure you notify us in advance if you cannot attend.

5. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your visit instead of canceling, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your original visit date and may be subject to availability. Any rescheduled tickets are subject to the same cancellation rules as the original booking.

6. Cancellation by Dream World Bangkok

In rare cases where Dream World Bangkok may need to cancel your booking (e.g., for operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer you the option to either:

  • Reschedule your visit to another date at no additional cost.
  • Receive a full refund, including any fees paid.

7. Third-Party Bookings

If you purchased your tickets through a third-party vendor or travel agent, you must follow their cancellation and refund policies. Dream World Bangkok is not responsible for cancellations or refunds made through external partners.
